VIDEO UPDATE ON MY KETO DIET!

Hey everyone! I just completed week TWO of the Keto Diet.  So far I am LOVING IT and so happy that so many of you are jumping on board too!  Here are a few tips that I share in my video to help you if you are just getting started too:

  1. STAY HYDRATED! If you feel crummy you probably need fluids and are losing electrolytes from peeing so much.  Keep some Powerade Zero Handy (for emergency), drink some pickle juice or increase your sale to help combat the “keto flu”.

  2. During the initial “drying out” phase make sure you have on hand all of the allowable items to eat such as meat sticks, cheese, eggs, salad fixings, full fat dressings etc. so that you don’t get overly hungry and give in to any cravings that you might have.

  3. Make sure you are eating enough vegetables and keep your FAT higher than your protein for maximum weight loss.  This is a low carb, moderate protein and high (good) fat diet.

  4. Keep going, we can do this!!
