I had SO MUCH FUN with this and I know you all did too! It was so awesome to see all of the different ways that you organize your coupons! We had some really funny submissions and some SUPER ORGANIZED submissions and everything in between.
There are many ways to organize your coupons and different systems work for different people. The latest trend is the COUPON BOX, I will go into more detail on the different styles in another post to break down exactly what people are doing and how they are doing it. I think you will find this super helpful when deciding which organization system will work for you.
So lets get down to business!!
BIGGEST BULGING BINDER WINNER!
As soon as I saw this photo I thought “WOW that is a big bulging binder” so Angel S. HAS to win that title! It looks totally organized and well put together but that thing is PACKED FULL! Great job Angel!!

MOST SIMPLE SYSTEM
This system is so easy that you simply can’t go wrong. Valerie separates her coupons by the deals she will be doing then keeps them in separate color coded zipper pouches by STORE! Although that might not work for those of you with a zillion coupons, this is a really neat, clean and efficient way to carry your coupons for specific deals at specific stores!

SNAZZIEST COUPON BAG
Maggie Holley takes the cake on her submission of her coupon bag. She has this thing decked out to the nines! A coupon bag operates just like a coupon box, you clip your coupons into sets of like coupons and staple them together (ten capri sun coupons stapled for instance), then you fill them behind dividers in each category. When you need a coupon for a deal, you just pull out your batch of that coupon and go get your deals! Nice job Maggie!

THRIFTY IDEA COUPON BOX
I am LOVING all of Tiffani W’s bright ideas! She has to be one of the thriftiest and creative people on the page lately. She submitted this photo of her coupon box that she made from a children’s toy box that she found at a thrift store! It is bright and colorful and serves the purpose for her just right! Great job!

COUPON BINDER WINNERS
This is one of the most POPULAR organization systems for couponers. If you are a new to couponing and want to have a great system to get started with or you are super organized, this is for you. With the binder system, you will use a zipper binder (usually) with dividers for each department in your store, you clip ALL COUPONS from your Sunday inserts and you place them in baseball card holders behind each category. It is a wonderful system since you can SEE all of your coupons and you will have a visual of what you have in your binder. I used this for a long time and loved it!

BOX FILING METHOD WINNERS
This is an EXCELLENT method to use when you don’t want to clip your coupons until you need them. You file your inserts by DATE in a file box, when you see a deal listed that you want to score, you look for the date of the insert in the matchups, go to your box, pull the inserts and clip your coupons. Easy Breezy!

COMBO SYSTEMS – Filing / Binder / Accordion
Many people find that using just ONE organization system isn’t enough to keep things under control. The solution to that is to use a combination of several systems. You can file inserts by date, keep a binder for printables, blinkies, tearpads and other miscellaneous coupons then use a small purse accordion file for the coupons you will use in that trip!!

FILING CABINET or FILING CART
I am always jealous when someone has a really snazzy filing cabinet or cart and keeps it neat and orderly like these! Most of the time their inserts are filed by date and type in hanging folders and they clip the coupons as they go when a deal pops up!!

RANDOM ORGANIZATION SYSTEMS
Everyone has their own way of managing their coupons, some are simple and some are more involved. I wanted to share these photos of some different options that were submitted. At some time or another in your couponing journey you will use some variation of these. Whether it be a box, a basket, a shelf or a table, we all find our own way!!
