I was able to whip this example up in just minutes, yet it looks picture perfect, like something that is table ready for a garden party or bridal shower. $1 Flower Pot Makeover

Supplies needed:
Rick rack
Scissors
Hot glue, glue gun

We found a package of rick rack at Target in their dollar section. They have several color combos to pick from and the colors are perfect for spring. A package of four different varieties is just $1. WOW!

Directions:
1. Begin by wrapping the rick rack around the pot. Cut the pieces to fit.
2. Apply glue to the back of the rick rack and wrap it around the pot. Press the piece to secure it.
3. Repeat this process using all of the coordinating variations. This will add tons of texture to the pot.
4. Once your rick rack is dry, go ahead and fill up your pot as usual. Any plant is sure to look lovely in it.
