*UPDATED PUBLIX REFUND POLICY*

Publix has released a new update regarding their REFUND POLICY as of 3/20/20.  I am sure this is to avoid people over buying items during this time and planning to return them if not used or needed.  I am glad to see this policy change come out, hopefully it will avoid people buying more than they need so others have the opportunity to purchase items for their family too.   What are your thoughts?

“Publix is committed to remaining open and serving our communities during this challenging time. We encourage our customers to purchase only what they need—and not to stockpile.

At this time, we are suspending refunds on products purchased during this declared emergency. We will of course continue to honor our Publix Guarantee for any products that do not meet our quality standards.”

 

Also, just in case you missed it, Publix has designated hours for customers age 65 and over to shop. Please respect these hours, they are doing their part to help the elderly population stay as healthy as possible.
