RIGHT NOW Radio Shack has the Nook Simple Touch on sale for $19.97 which is a RIDICULOUS price since they are usually $69 – $79 depending on where you buy them. You can check availability at your local Radio Shack or you could PRICE MATCH this deal at Walmart, Target or BestBuy!!
If you are PRICE MATCHING at either store, this is how you should do it:
1- CLICK HERE and to go to the Radio Shack site, enter your zip code at the top (mine was 34420) and then enter NOOK in the search box.
2- Once you find the NOOK Simple Touch advertised for $19.97 (see photo below), PRINT that page (if going to Walmart) and/or SAVE to your smart phone (if going to BestBuy or Target).
3- Head over to Walmart or BEST BUY with their PRICE MATCH POLICY printed
(click here to print Walmart) (click here to print Target) (click here to print BestBuy).
4- Find the product on the shelf and tell them that you want to PRICE MATCH the in-store advertised price!! There ya go!
Keep in mind, Walmart can be VERY picky with coupons or price matching, so clearly your best bet would be to purchase the Nook from your local Radio Shack if they have them in stock (must purchase in store). If you do go to Walmart OR BestBuy, just make sure you have your ducks in a row ahead of time with their price match guarantee printed and ready to roll. This sale is NOT in Radio Shack’s weekly ad but DOES show up as a store sale and Walmart can call to verify the price and that it is on sale. Target and BestBuy’s price match guarantee DOES allow online pricing and you should have no issue if you bring in the written policy with you.
Elizabeth suggested that you purchase the two year Replacement Plan for $3.00 just in case you have an issue with the product. This is a GREAT deal and would be PERFECT for a Mothers Day gift or even a gift f0r your children to have their own reader!!
