*Note:  I did not see any High Efficiency on the shelf, but the shelves were fully stocked.  Someone on our facebook page said that at her store they were not on the shelf but when she asked for it they went back and brought out two cases.  The ad states limit 5 per card, but again, it was reported that one person bought 7 without a problem.
