CVS Best Deals 12/4 – 12/10

This week is looking pretty good to me because there are several items that I really NEED on sale. If you have a bunch of ECBs from doing the Black Friday Deals make SURE you don’t let them expire! I have done a rolling scenario at the bottom of this post with some really good items included. If you don’t have ECBs your OOP is a little higher but still worth it for the items that you are purchasing.

ECB
=Extra Care Bucks. ECB’s are like a customer appreciation program that
CVS has where they “Reward” their customers for shopping at their stores
and purchasing certain products. ECB’s are like cash in their
stores. Unlike Walgreens where the reward is attached to a product, ECBs
are not connected to any specific product, so you could actually
purchase one product that produces an ECB and turn around and purchase
the same product again(as long as you haven’t reached your limit on that
item)and get another ECB!! Its a little bit hard to grasp until you
have used them and it comes together. You will love CVS as much as me
before you know it!!

My rolling scenario has a higher OOP than normal because many of us are needing to use our ECBs from the Black Friday Deals. You will use ANY combination of them that you have in place of the OOP in the deals below. Even without ECBs the below scenario is a great deal since you will get well over $80.00 worth of merchandise. The deal will be even sweeter when you use our Black Friday ECBs.
ROLLING SCENARIO
–My rolling scenarios are just an idea. You can play around with it any way you want to with CVS,
there are very little restrictions on using your ECBs except that you
are limited to the number of deals that you can do since they are
connected to your ECB card. You also do NOT have to do them all at one
time, since they are connected to your card, you can do one transaction,
then go back and do another or even go to a different store if they
don’t have all of the merchandise that you are looking for. I am going
to try to end up with the lowest OOP for the most merchandise. My rolling scenarios do NOT include tax since that will vary widely depending on where you live and your tax rate.
