ROLLING SCENARIO with the least OOP and ending up with the most ECBs in the end:
I am going to make this rolling scenario as simple as possible since its Black Friday, you will be doing multiple deals one right after another using NO COUPONS.
You do have the option of purchasing everything all at once, paying the full OOP for everything and getting back a huge ECB for everything that you just purchased. I personally like to have the least amount of OOP as possible and start rolling from there. I have never had an issue at CVS doing transactions like this. If there is a long line forming, just do a few and offer to go to the end of the line and carry on where you left off.
You will end up really excited with your bag full of stuff at the end!! Totally worth it!
NOTE: Depending on your store and your area, you may have to pay a small amount of tax on each transaction, it varies from store to store and county to county on how they handle this.
