What started out as ME thanking YOU for supporting MyCouponExpert.com and liking our Facebook page somehow turned to become a lovefest back at me from all of you!!
I loved reading all of your comments. I KNEW that I wasn’t the only Coupon Freak and I warned you all in class that it would happen! To read how coupons have affected your lives, saved you money, allowed you to help others and all of the other great stories that you shared really touched my heart! It really refreshed my vision giving me more strength and enthusiasm to keep this going and continue to share all of the information with others!
When I first realized how much money I could have been saving all of those years and how much it helped my family, I instantly KNEW that I had to share the information but didn’t know where to start. Robin, a friend of mine who owns Creative Nails & Massage in Belleview pretty much forced me to hold my first class after I taught her a few of the basics. Now look where we are!
Most of you know by now that I am a Christian and I do my best to walk in the path that I feel God is leading me. All I really want to do is to help others and I feel that most people have the same desire. It just continues to amaze me to see how so many of you have opened up your hearts to help others just through couponing! Look what a difference we ALL can make if we work together towards a common goal of making a difference!!
I am going to announce the last giveaway, but the adventure for this one is a little bit different. I would like to know if any of you have an idea on how we can use couponing to help others even more. Your idea can be really simple or more extensive. I just know that there is something important in there that will come out of this! As an alternative, you can make a promise to do one “Coupon Act Of Kindness” such as leaving good coupons for someone else in front of a product on the shelf (like the $3.00 off huggies as an example) or giving a coupon to the person behind you in line that is purchasing something without a coupon. I will start with an example of a suggestion to help others (you can answer my suggestion, add to it or make one of your own). This has been on my mind but not sure of the details of it: Do you think it would be a good idea to get a group of us together every so often like a little social thing and gather coupons, create a plan of action for that week or month and help stock one particular pantry at a time in one big swoop? I would think that if we had a list of pantries needing donations and focused on one at a time we could quickly fill that one and move to the next. It doesn’t matter what religion you are or group you belong to, a need is a need and helping others is what its all about. What do you think?
