Lovely Lavender Stress Pillow
Supplies needed:
Scrap fabric
Dried rice or beans
Lavender essential oil or dried lavender plant
Fabric glue
You can find all of these items at your local grocer and craft stores. All are reasonable in price and a little goes a long way, so you don’t need much.
Directions:
1. Begin by cutting your scrap fabric into a generous rectangle. The size of your pillow will be up to you.
2. Fold the fabric in half and apply fabric glue along the edges. Press the edges together to create a seal. Be sure to leave on end open to insert your rice and lavender.
3. Insert the dried rice and lavender. If using oil just squeeze a few drops in. If using fresh simply place the sprigs inside.
4. Use your fabric glue again to close the pillow up securely.
Your lovely lavender stress pillow is now ready to be used. When you need to unwind, place it over your eyes or neck and inhale. It is sure to smell great and make you feel relaxed and wonderful.
