Walgreens Best Deals 5/8 – 5/14

Here are the weekly deals that start Sunday 5/8 at Walgreens.  This week is alright with a few good freebies and cheapies.  For those with little one’s in Pampers, it seems like this would be a really great week to stock up if possible ($3.50 each pack with the right coupons).  

I will update later with any corrections or additions to the ad once the ad starts.  My “Rolling Scenario” is posted at the bottom of the match-ups for those of you that are rolling their Register Rewards.

REMEMBER to take your WALGREENS PRINTABLE COUPON POLICY with you, trust me, it helps if there is any question from the cashier on coupon usage. 

For the newbies, RR’s are
Register Rewards, they are in essence a reward that the manufacturer has
agreed to give you back if you purchase certain items from them.  They
can be redeemed for other merchandise in the store.  If you purchase the
same item that originally produced a Register Reward or another product
from the same manufacturer you usually will not receive another
Register Reward. 

The deals below show
you how much the item is, which coupons to use, how much you will pay
out of pocket (OOP) and what reward (if any) you will get back.  The
bottom line is often AFTER you get the register reward for that item.  I
always suggest that when you first start shopping at Walgreens, you do
one of the “Rolling Scenarios” at the bottom of this post.  This will
give you a good idea on how register rewards work and you will see for
yourself how much you can save at Walgreens.  Try not to vary too much
off the track of the scenarios posted or you may end up not getting one
of the rewards that are mentioned.
